Project Manager Business Consultant

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Project Manager Business. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic projects within the corporate banking sector, working on-site to deliver value and expertise to our client.

Our client partners with entrepreneurs to support and inspire their strategic ambitions, offering a broad and integrated range of solutions tailored to the needs of medium-sized and large companies, as well as institutions in the public and social profit sectors. The Enterprises - Commercial Banking division focuses on the midcap segment, collaborating with internationally active European companies facing complex and digital challenges. Through multiple business centres across Belgium, tailored expertise, innovative solutions, and dedicated support are delivered to help clients grow sustainably and succeed in a fast-evolving environment.

• →Support the Sales management Commercial Banking team (HQ) with the coordination of ESG-related initiatives across both Midcap and SME segments, working closely with Relationship Managers and internal functions.
• →Drive ESG coordination across the Enterprises segment (Midcap & SME), contributing to a consistent and forward-looking approach to sustainable finance.
• →Empower Relationship Managers to integrate ESG into client conversations, strengthening long-term relationships and creating business opportunities.
• →Act as a central ESG connector, bringing together the front and internal expertise to maximise impact and client value.
• →Ensure effective follow-up of ESG assignments, providing clear visibility on progress and supporting the business in meeting regulatory and strategic ambitions.
• →Continuously enhance the ESG approach by simplifying processes and embedding ESG in a pragmatic and impactful way in daily activities.

• Dutch: Native language
• French: Very good knowledge
• English: Good level

• Master or Bachelor’s degree with a major in economics

• Minimum 2 years of experience, ideally in the banking sector. Motivated recent graduates with a solid economic background are also welcome.
• A strong interest in and knowledge of ESG is considered a valuable asset.

• Mandatory: IT tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PDF)
• Preferable: MS Office

• Mandatory: A relevant academic background in economics or business management, combined with a good understanding of ESG. Commercial awareness, strong organisational and reporting skills.
• Preferable: Solid commercial experience

• Strong interest in ESG and sustainability, combined with a solid economic mindset.
• Enjoy supporting Relationship Managers and translating ESG topics into practical, value-adding actions for the business.
• Well-organised and able to manage multiple topics, ensuring clear follow-up and timely delivery.
• Clear and effective communication, able to simplify complex ESG concepts for different stakeholders.
• Initiative-taker, proactive, independent, and a positive contributor to a collaborative team environment.
