Keystone Solutions is seeking an Innovation Specialist (junior to mid-level) for a consultancy mission with a leading HR services group headquartered in Belgium and active across multiple European countries. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will work embedded with the client—on-site and hybrid—to translate ideas into experiments, prototypes, and concrete solutions faster. You will perform all responsibilities described below as a Keystone Solutions consultant, working closely with the client’s teams. The client supports entrepreneurs, employers, and employees across the full lifecycle of work and entrepreneurship: from social secretariat/social fund to prevention and wellbeing, through insurance and consultancy. The world of work is changing rapidly. Technological innovation, new business models, evolving regulations, and societal trends create both opportunities and disruption. The client aims not only to follow these changes but to actively shape them, strengthening their team with an Innovation Specialist who helps convert ideas into experiments, prototypes, and tangible outcomes.
The client is a leading HR services group operating in several European countries with its headquarters in Belgium. They support entrepreneurs, employers, and employees across the entire lifecycle of work and entrepreneurship. They want to actively shape rapid changes in the world of work—driven by technology, new business models, regulation, and social trends—by accelerating innovation from concept to first realization.
As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will not operate in an ivory tower. You will be part of a team of Innovation Managers at the client, where you play a key role in accelerating innovation. You help convert ideas from the innovation pipeline into tangible experiments and proof-of-concepts. You support Innovation Managers in concretizing and validating new opportunities. By structuring experiments and guiding teams through innovation sprints, you ensure new ideas are tested and validated quickly. You work closely with Innovation Managers, business stakeholders, designers, and IT teams to move ideas from concept to first realization. As an Innovation Specialist, you stand at the intersection of future thinking and concrete delivery. Your mission is to contribute to and facilitate: detecting relevant trends and signals, translating innovations into new propositions, collaborations or business models, and making innovation tangible through concrete experiments, pilots, and partnerships.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Trend & opportunity scouting: You support the collection and structuring of insights on technological, societal, economic, and regulatory trends. You help translate these signals into concrete opportunities for the client and contribute to making relevant innovation opportunities visible to business and management.
- →Experiments & pilots: You facilitate and guide experiments, proof-of-concepts, and pilots for new solutions, services, or ways of working. You help teams formulate hypotheses, structure experiments, and learn quickly from results.
- →New business models: You support the exploration and testing of new business and revenue models. Together with Innovation Managers and stakeholders, you help make concepts concrete and translate them into experiments that can demonstrate feasibility.
- →Partnerships & ecosystems: You contribute to collaboration with external parties such as start-ups, technology partners, and knowledge institutions. You help organize and facilitate joint experiments and pilots. Upon positive evaluation, you help set up the partnership concretely.
- →Innovation portfolio & governance: You help structure and track the innovation pipeline. You support the preparation of decision points regarding continuation, scaling, or stopping initiatives and ensure that insights from experiments are communicated clearly.
- →Innovation culture: You support initiatives that stimulate innovative thinking within the organization. You help organize and facilitate workshops, labs, and other formats that inspire colleagues to work with a future-oriented mindset.
We seek a curious, hands-on professional who gains energy from experimenting and building. You are comfortable in environments where ideas are not yet fully detailed and where learning by testing is central. You help teams move quickly from idea to experiment and bring structure to the process of discovery, testing, and improvement.
- You combine a pragmatic mentality with a strong ability to bring people together around new ideas.
- You have affinity with innovation processes, experimentation, and translating ideas into concrete solutions.
- You gain energy from collaborating with diverse stakeholders across business, technology, and design.
- You can communicate complex ideas clearly and translate them into concrete experiments or actions.
- You work in a structured, results-oriented way, while remaining flexible as new insights emerge.
- You take initiative and feel responsible for moving ideas forward.
Experience with design thinking, service design, product development, innovation processes, or experiment-driven working is a strong asset. Experience in Human Resources, corporate innovation, or product development is also a plus, but not required.
