Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer

Join Keystone Solutions as a consultant on a long-term consultancy mission at a client site. We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer to support four teams operating in the following domains: medicinal prescriptions, referral prescriptions, referral prescription support, and the mobile application Myhealth. These are all long-term, multi-year projects with significant strategic importance. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will perform the responsibilities below while working closely with the client.

Each team is led by a project manager working according to the PRINCE2 framework. The teams themselves follow a Scrum-based way of working, with the referral prescription teams applying the SAFe framework for quarterly planning. The client provides both a Product Owner and a Project Manager for each track.

We are looking for a senior professional who can combine strong methodological expertise with a pragmatic mindset. The ideal candidate demonstrates sufficient assertiveness to guide development-teams and the client in consistently applying the chosen methodologies, with adequate tailoring, ensuring its core agile values remain intact. This role also requires the ability to navigate organizational complexities, where certain roles (such as project managers) may not fully align with a strictly agile framework. Given that communication is crucial in this role, a good command of French, Dutch, and English is required.

• →Support four teams operating in medicinal prescriptions, referral prescriptions, referral prescription support, and the mobile application Myhealth.
• →Work within a setup where each team is led by a project manager applying PRINCE2, while the teams themselves follow a Scrum-based way of working.
• →Facilitate and support referral prescription teams applying the SAFe framework for quarterly planning as a Release Train Engineer.
