Non Financial Risk Officer

We are seeking a Non-Financial Risk Officer for a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly identify connections, bring structure to complex information, and effectively communicate between operational teams, management, and the second line.

As a Non-Financial Risk Officer, you will work within our team to further monitor and secure the non-financial risk framework at the client site. Your responsibilities will include:

• →Supporting risk assessments, incident management, and the follow-up of issues and action plans;
• →Assisting in keeping the control framework (ECF) up to date;
• →Preparing meetings and risk discussions, leading them when necessary, and ensuring clear summaries, decisions, and action points;
• →Monitoring deadlines, priorities, and the quality of deliverables;
• →Coordinating with relevant stakeholders in the first line, as well as colleagues from ORM / Compliance / second line;
• →Supporting reporting, documentation, and the collection of control evidence;
• →Proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is analytically strong and can quickly identify connections;
• Can distinguish between main and secondary issues and is skilled in prioritization;
• Can clearly summarize complex information, both verbally and in writing;
• Communicates fluently in Dutch and English;
• Has the maturity to facilitate meetings and engage stakeholders;
• Takes proactive action and does not wait for others to take the lead;
• Is socially skilled and can easily switch between operational colleagues and management;
• Works accurately and follows governance/risk processes correctly;
• Has basic knowledge of Power Platforms, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.

Ideally, you bring:

• Master's level thinking;
• Experience in risk, compliance, internal control, process management, or audit;
• Experience with stakeholder management and following up on actions/files;
• Knowledge of or affinity with operational risk / non-financial risk / governance;
• Experience in an environment where quality, deadlines, and coordination with multiple stakeholders are crucial.
