KingsWay School Itinerant Music Teacher (Guitar) - Fixed term, part-time

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a fixed term part-time (0.2 FTE) Itinerant Music Teacher to join our growing music programme in Term 3, 2026 to teach Guitar. This role will commence on 20 July 2026 and end 6 September 2026. 

Located on the beautiful Hibiscus Coast of Auckland, KingsWay is a high achieving, growing, state integrated Christian school catering for Year 1-13 students, with a current roll of over 2000 students.  Our staff are supportive and collaborative, and our work is inspired by love/aroha, heartened by faith/whakapono in Jesus Christ, and motivated by gospel hope/tūmanako. 

The successful applicant will:

• Have a LAT or be a registered teacher
• Be able to teach from beginners up to NCEA Level 3
  
• Have a warm and encouraging manner with students
• Be a professional and collaborative team member
• Be willing to contribute to the co-curricular and extra-curricular life of the school
