Optimisation Analyst (FTC)

We’re looking for an Optimisation Analyst for a fixed term role, who enjoys turning customer requirements and operational data into practical planning and execution decisions. This role is about getting close to the detail — understanding network constraints, challenging inputs where needed, and optimising ocean freight assignments to deliver strong customer outcomes.

You’ll work closely with internal planning and operations teams, as well as external partners including carriers and customers. You’ll be proactive, detail-oriented, and always looking for ways to improve how we plan, assign, and deliver across the network.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or an analytical operational role
• Confidence working with data to identify trends and translate insights into action
• Strong Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and decision support
• A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders
• A focus on delivering outcomes, balancing cost, service, and customer requirements
