As a Reward & Insights Analyst in our People and Inclusion team, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting and delivering reward strategies that truly make an impact. You’ll help design competitive, fair, and motivating reward programs that attract top talent, retain our people, and keep them engaged, while staying closely aligned with our strategic goals.
Beyond rewards, you’ll bring the numbers to life. By developing insightful people metrics, reporting, and analysis, you’ll empower leaders with the data they need to make informed decisions and drive meaningful outcomes.

- Support the design and delivery of innovative reward strategies that align with our business goals and bring our reward philosophy to life.
- Play a key role in delivering our annual reward cycle - from performance reviews to salary and bonus processes, ensuring a smooth, engaging experience for all.
- Conduct market benchmarking and job evaluations to keep our roles competitive and attract top talent.
- Dive into data to ensure our reward outcomes are fair, equitable, and inclusive - identifying insights and helping drive meaningful improvements.
- Turn people data (workforce trends, attrition, diversity, performance) into actionable insights that inform smarter decisions and future workforce planning.
- Create and enhance dynamic people dashboards, providing leaders with clear, timely, and impactful data at their fingertips.
- Be a trusted point of contact, confidently responding to stakeholder queries with accuracy, clarity, and a customer-focused approach.
- 3 years relevant experience.
- Understanding of remuneration frameworks/strategies.
- Experience with salary reviews and bonus processes.
- Knowledge of job evaluation/job matching methodologies.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, curious mindset.
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (strong written and verbal communication skills).
- Strong time-management and prioritisation skills, with ability to handle multiple pieces of work/deadlines.
- Self-driven and proactive.
