Responsibilities

→Regional Market Analysis: Conduct structured research and competitor tracking specifically for the Russia/CIS or LATAM gaming markets.
→Synthesize developments across player communities, creator ecosystems, and regional gaming culture to identify emerging trends.
→Identify key growth factors, market barriers, and operational risks to support regional publishing strategies.
→Create recurring research summaries and structured updates that translate market signals into usable business insights.
→Develop a final recommendation package, including a report or deck, to guide priority actions in your assigned market.
→Present weekly progress updates and a final synthesis of findings to the WEST Publishing team.

Currently enrolled as an HBO or WO student.
Strong interest in gaming, digital markets, regional market analysis, or online business ecosystems.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Good written communication and presentation skills in English.
Familiarity with either the Russia/CIS or LATAM market, through language, culture, gaming communities, or regional experience.
