KIP is the identity and consent layer for the Kyivstar Group consumer ecosystem. It is built on OAuth 2.0 and is the platform every consumer product in the portfolio authenticates against. It enables cross-product use cases – frictionless onboarding across products, contextual personalization, unified subscriptions, portfolio-wide CVM – that are structurally impossible without a unified identity layer.
Owning KIP end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, partner integrations, the user-facing cabinet, and the cross-product capabilities that turn the portfolio into an ecosystem
Setting team goals, KPIs, and OKRs aligned with Kyivstar Group's ecosystem strategy and driving maximum business impact across the portfolio
Owning P&L as the ecosystem develops – managing the commercial design of cross-product use cases, attribution between partners, and revenue model evolution
Managing active partner relationships – coordinating their integration timelines, resolving roadmap conflicts, and protecting partner P&L during migration to KIP
Driving the architectural conversation with partners and internal stakeholders, including holding the line on the chosen integration model when it is challenged, and adjusting it deliberately when the evidence warrants
Developing and creating buy-in of product strategy at C-1 and C-level (CTO, CISO, CEO of Kyivstar Group, and JSC Kyivstar) and for partner product leadership
Identifying new product opportunities, revenue drivers, and synergic use cases that compound value across the ecosystem
Working closely with discovery, engineering, security, and design teams to deliver and measure features, and going deep into business and system analysis to ensure decisions are sound
Collaborating with FP&A, Legal, Tech, Marketing, Customer Support, Risk, and Compliance – KIP touches all of them because it serves the whole portfolio
Prioritizing the KIP roadmap and aligning it with the IT roadmap of the company, while managing risks, setting expectations, identifying dependencies, and forecasting future development
5+ years of experience in product management with proven success defined by metrics. Experience managing products through the complete lifecycle, from ideation to scaled operation
Experience with platform, identity, payments, or other infrastructure-class products is a strong plus. Direct experience with identity products (SSO, IdP, account management) is the strongest plus
Understanding of OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect at the conceptual level, and the ability to engage substantively with technical architecture debates. You don't need to be an engineer, but you do need to know why an architectural choice matters and be able to defend or revise it on evidence
Strong technical proficiency to engage effectively with engineering teams: API design principles, system integration patterns, ability to evaluate technological architecture trade-offs, and explain them to non-technical stakeholders
Result-oriented mindset. We measure outcomes, not activity. If you need a perfect spec before you start, this is not the role for you
Proactive by default. You drive ideas through to outcomes: chasing partner alignment, unblocking decisions, and writing the document yourself when it needs to be written. You do not wait for direction on what to do next
Comfortable with ambiguity. KIP operates in a space where the right answer is often genuinely unclear and where partner positions, regulatory frameworks, and ecosystem strategy all evolve. You need to be able to make defensible decisions with incomplete information and revise them when better information arrives
Strong organization and project management skills. Partner integrations, multiple internal stakeholders, and tier-0 operational obligations create real complexity. The role rewards people who structure work clearly and keep many moving parts on track
Strong leadership skills, ability to create and translate product vision, and drive the team to ensure progress
Strong stakeholder management at the C-1 level. You need to be able to hold a peer-to-peer conversation, push back constructively, and communicate restraint and analytical judgment rather than enthusiasm
Understanding the specifics of the telco business is a must. Understanding adjacent verticals (ride-hailing, health, content, retail) is a plus
1+ years of people management experience will be a plus
Good written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian and English. You will write strategy documents, partner-facing materials, and executive presentations regularly
Willingness to tackle any challenges on the path to building Ukraine's digital identity layer
Office or remote — it’s up to you
Remote onboarding
Performance bonuses for everyone (annual or quarterly — depends on the role)
We train employees with the opportunity to learn through the company’s library, internal resources, and programs from partners
