Liaise with drivers and project clients to ensure timely dispatch of deliveries and accurate shipment tracking based on client requirements.

Schedule same-day delivery arrangements for events and work with the operations team to schedule logistics personnel (e.g., truck drivers) according to project needs and availability.

Manage client requests and support the submission and follow-up of claims for additional charges.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Business Development) to gather data and resolve issues

Prepare end-of-day reports and invoices for the local team and clients.

Assist with sorting, packing, and other operational tasks as required.

Diploma / Undergraduate students in Business or Logistics & Supply Chain

Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint & Google Suite

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and able to resolve customer issues
