Do you love turning data into strategy? Are you excited by solving complex business challenges in a fast-growing tech company?

At Lalamove, we're looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to partner directly with our Managing Director and cross-functional leaders to shape the future of our business in Mexico.

Analyze business performance and transform data into actionable insights.

Lead strategic, cross-functional projects from idea to execution.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to drive business growth.

Build dashboards, KPIs, and performance models that influence key decisions.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, optimize processes, and accelerate growth.

Conduct market research and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

3–4+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Strategy, Management Consulting, Finance, Project Management.

Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, SQL, Python, R, or BI tools.

Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.

A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Strong communication skills in English
