Loup Basin Public Health Department is looking for a motivated, organized, and collaborative leader to join our team as a Community Division Manager!

In this role, you'll lead and support a team of public health professionals who deliver valuable programs and services across our nine-county service area. You'll oversee daily operations, mentor staff, coordinate community health initiatives, and work alongside our leadership team to strengthen programs and expand our impact.

You'll also play an important role in maintaining public health accreditation, supporting grant-funded initiatives, and assisting with policy development and organizational improvement.

We're looking for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems, building relationships, and turning ideas into action. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential. Experience in supervision, program coordination, public health, healthcare, or community services is preferred. A professional healthcare license is not required.
