We are looking for an HR Coordinator with outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative, organizational, and time management skills, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position in downtown New York City.
  • Assist with day to day operations of HR functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the People + Culture team.
  • Compile and update employee records.
  • Assist with on-boarding of new hires.
  • rocess documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.).
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take copious notes.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resource related issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
  • Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.
  • Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.
  • Proficient in computer software and agile when learning new tools.
  • Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS.
  • Familiarity with ATS software and resume databas
