Senior Social Worker - AMHP - Older Adults

Liquid Personnel is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) to join its client's Older Adults Team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assessing, planning, and delivering mental health services to older adults, ensuring their well-being and promoting their independence. 

• →To manage a caseload of complex mental health clients within the older adult service,
• →Providing health and social care interventions. This will include commissioning care packages,
• →Safeguarding investigations and monitoring mental state for relapse and recovery.
• →The role also requires the candidate to be on the Central AMHP team rota providing assessment and co-ordination under the Mental Health Act.

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
