Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult Social Worker to join its client’s Locality Team based in Wakefield.

What will your responsibilities be? 

• Carry out strengths‑based assessments under the Care Act, including risk assessments, mental capacity considerations, and developing person‑centred support plans.
• Manage a varied caseload involving safeguarding enquiries, complex casework, crisis intervention, and coordinating multi‑agency input to ensure safe and appropriate outcomes.
• Support adults to maintain independence by arranging care packages, reviewing existing support, advocating on their behalf, and ensuring all interventions meet statutory requirements and local policies.

Qualifications and Experience: 

To be successful in this role you must have;  

• Social Work England registration 
• Eligible to work in the UK 
• Hold a full UK driving licence 
• Post-qualified experience 
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
