Social Worker - Adult Locality Team - Liverpool

Liverpool Council is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join their Adult Locality Team. In this role, you will manage a varied caseload, ensuring a strength-based approach underpins all assessments. You will undertake risk assessment, safeguarding enquiries, Mental Capacity and Best Interest assessments. You will work collaboratively with health and social care professionals, participating in Continuing Healthcare (CHC) assessments and multi-agency forums. You will ensure service delivery aligns with legislation, financial resources, and quality standards. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records, high-quality reports, and compliance with data protection laws. • Social Work England registration
