Social Worker – Cared for children

An exciting new opportunity has come up to join my client based in the North East area. They are looking for an experienced social worker to join their Cared For Children's team. This team works with children and young people who are currently in their care. Supporting children and their families who have a plan to live outside of family care.

About you:

As a social worker you will need to have significant experience working within children and family services. Ideally you will have:

• Experience of working within a variety of teams within children’s services ideally cared for teams
• Proven track record of statutory social work experience
• Sound and robust legal framework knowledge
• Can manage your own caseload and have good communication skills
• SWE registered.
• Full UK drivers license
• Right to work in the UK
