Social Worker - Duty and Assessment

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join our client’s Duty and Assessment Team based in Bradford. This is a frontline role where the successful candidate will be responsible for conducting initial assessments, responding to referrals, and ensuring timely and effective safeguarding interventions for children and families.

• →Respond to new referrals and complete initial assessments
• →Make informed decisions regarding thresholds and next steps
• →Work closely with families and multi-agency professionals to assess risk and need
• →Ensure timely safeguarding actions and appropriate service planning
• →Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Social Work England registration
• Degree in Social Work or equivalent
• Right to work in the UK
• Full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience in duty and assessment, safeguarding, or statutory children’s services
