To be successful in this role you must have,
Liquid Personnel is seeking a qualified and experienced Social Worker who is confident in completing Community DoLS work and preparing associated court documentation. This role supports a project aimed at addressing a backlog of individuals requiring Community DoLS assessments, for it's client based in Southampton.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal frameworks and be able to manage complex cases efficiently and independently.
Responsibilities

- →Conduct person-centred assessments of needs, risks, and strengths.
- →Develop and review care and support plans tailored to individual goals and aspirations.
- →Identify and respond to safeguarding concerns.
- →Advocate for the rights and choices of individuals, ensuring their voices are central in decision-making.
- →Support individuals to build life skills and increase independence.
- →Facilitate access to education, employment, housing, and community resources.
- →Work closely with families, carers, health professionals, and other agencies to coordinate care.

- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
