Social Worker - Learning Disabilities

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adults Social Worker to join its client’s Learning Disabilities team based in Blackpool.

In this role, you will,

• →Conduct assessments and develop care plans tailored to individuals with learning disabilities, ensuring their needs and goals are met.
• →Work collaboratively with families, carers, and multi-agency professionals to coordinate support and safeguard wellbeing.
• →Maintain accurate case records, manage caseloads effectively, and ensure compliance with statutory responsibilities and safeguarding protocols.

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
