To be successful in this role you must have,
Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adults Social Worker to join its client’s Learning Disabilities team based in Blackpool.
Responsibilities

- →Conduct assessments and develop care plans tailored to individuals with learning disabilities, ensuring their needs and goals are met.
- →Work collaboratively with families, carers, and multi-agency professionals to coordinate support and safeguard wellbeing.
- →Maintain accurate case records, manage caseloads effectively, and ensure compliance with statutory responsibilities and safeguarding protocols.

- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
