Electrical Instructor

• →Manage multiple levels of Loenbro's electrical apprentice training using the NCCER curriculum, including: classroom instruction, scheduling, payroll coordination, material ordering, and record keeping.
• →Deliver learning content in both English and Latin American Spanish.
• →Provide job-specific training such as NEC code updates, NFPA 70e, and other required electrical/safety instruction.
• →Maintain a professional, supportive, and structured classroom environment.
• →Conduct electrical assessments to identify knowledge gaps, training needs, and curriculum updates for incoming candidates.
• →Coach and mentor employees helping them advance through their apprenticeship levels and career pathways.
• →Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure training effectiveness, skill progression, and credential attainment.
• →Hold weekly one-on-one check-ins with students and maintain training logs
• →Coordinate employee certifications and re-certifications, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
• →Follow and enforce all Loenbro safety policies and report unsafe conditions to leadership.
• →Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.

• 5-7 years of experience as an Industrial or Commercial Electrician, preferably with experience leading crews.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, installation practices, and troubleshooting.
• Experience mentoring or training apprentices or field teams.
• High school diploma required; technical certifications, journeyman/master credentials, or NCCER qualifications.
• Bilingual Fluency (English/Spanish) is required.

• Foreman-level and above strongly preferred.
• NCCER Certified Instructor or willingness to obtain certification.
• Bilingual in English and Latin American Spanish (spoken and written).
• Previous experience managing or facilitating trade training programs.

• Indoor office setting with controlled temperature.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and perform physical activities such as standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.

• Potential exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, or other environmental factors.
• Travel requirements: up to 10% of time.
• Some weekend days are required.
