We are looking for a highly professional, sales-oriented, and empathetic specialist. This role is a blend of financial recovery, proactive retention, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate will have a refined communication style and the ability to handle sensitive financial conversations with grace and professionalism.

Requirements:
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional tone.
  • Call Experience: Proven experience in a high-volume call environment, with the ability to maintain high energy and professionalism over the phone.
  • Sales Background: Experience in sales or telemarketing, specifically in overcoming objections and closing package renewals.
  • Empathy & Professionalism: Ability to remain calm and empathetic when discussing failed payments or scheduling conflicts.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in managing reservations, tracking client package usage, and updating account records.
  • BPO/Industry Experience: Previous experience in a BPO environment or the beauty/wellness industry is highly preferred.

Your Mission Will Be To:
  • Outbound Conversational Drive: Proactively initiate outbound calls, seamlessly guiding the conversation from an initial greeting to a secured booking by building quick rapport and steering the call naturally.
  • Consultative Sales & Retention: Identify users with only one or two services remaining on their current package. Use a consultative sales approach to offer promotions and successfully upsell new service packages.
  • Appointment Management: Proactively confirm upcoming appointments to minimize "no-shows" and same-day cancellations, ensuring the center’s schedule remains optimized.
  • Payment Recovery: Reach out to clients regarding failed credit card transactions (suspended payments) to resolve billing issues and secure outstanding funds.
  • Empathic Communication: Handle sensitive payment and scheduling discussions with empathy, ensuring the client feels valued while maintaining the center’s business interests.
  • Adaptive Support: Manage ad hoc administrative or client-facing requirements as the campaign matures and evolves.
Nice to have
Experience navigating different CRMS and using a power dialer/ calling tool. Zenoti and Mojo dialer would be a plus.
