As the Campus Talent Specialist, you are the operational lead for our university programs and a key point of contact for our hiring leaders, working closely with them to understand their team's specific needs. You will own the full campus recruitment cycle. This includes building new university relationships to managing high-volume applicant flows within our CRM, while ensuring our campus activities align with internal hiring goals. By coordinating the logistics of events and attendance, you will provide a seamless experience for both candidates and the managers who hire them. This role is perfect for a methodical, relationship-driven individual who thrives on process efficiency and collaborative teamwork.
