As a Delivery Expert, your mission is to make the new Luminor Mobile App live but more detailed info bellow!

• Through Execution & Delivery Support:

  • Drive day‑to‑day delivery activities by coordinating tasks, following up on dependencies, and ensuring progress across Product Owners and IT teams

  • Prepare backlog inputs and delivery materials such as requirement summaries, acceptance criteria drafts

  • Track delivery progress, identify blockers, and proactively escalate or resolve issues to maintain momentum.
    

• With Cross‑Functional Collaboration:

  • Act as a connector across the organization — IT, Marketing, Product, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Reporting — to gather inputs, clarify requirements, and secure decisions

  • Engage stakeholders confidently with a can‑do attitude, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow‑ups

  • Support Product Owners by helping align workstreams, documenting decisions, and preparing materials.
    

• By Strategy & Roadmap Assistance:

  • Contribute to roadmap preparation by helping translate strategy into actionable plans

  • Prepare presentation decks for steering groups, leadership updates, and cross‑functional meetings

  • Apply knowledge of banking processes, digital channels, and IT delivery to ensure realistic planning and smooth execution

• 1+ years in digital product delivery, business analysis, project coordination, or similar roles

• Experience in banking or fintech is a strong advantage

• Familiarity with mobile apps or digital channels is preferred

• Basic to good knowledge of the Bank products, processes and IT systems

• Basic experience from working in agile way

• Strong can‑do attitude with willingness to take ownership and push things forward

• Good communication, comfortable in approaching people across the organization

• Good understanding of business processes and IT delivery workflows

• Ability to prepare clear, structured materials by being organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time

• Bachelor's in IT, Economics, Business Management or related field

• Fluent English and Lithuanian is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level

• Gross salary. 3450-5200 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
