We’re looking for a Help Desk Representative to join our Italian team and support clients by solving technical issues and making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Helping customers step-by-step to solve tech issues
- Answering calls, emails, and support tickets
- Troubleshooting known and new problems (hardware & software)
- Making sure customer issues are resolved within deadlines
- Supporting and guiding new team members
- Following internal procedures and helping improve service quality
- High school diploma (technical background is a plus)
- Fluent Italian (written and spoken) and English
- Flexibility to work in shifts (8:00 - 18:00 - 8 hour shifts)
- Good knowledge of Windows OS
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Team spirit and willingness to learn
