Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator. 

In this role, you'll support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, paid advertising, and web.

• →Manage LinkedIn content, engagement, and content calendar
• →Create and optimize email campaigns in Pardot
• →Support LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns
• →Basic design and content updates in Canva, emails, and landing pages
• →Maintain website content and SEO performance
• →Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports
• →Manage marketing calendar, campaign requests, and assets
• →Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations teams
• →Provide regular performance and activity updates (daily, weekly, monthly)

• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing
• Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, and marketing analytics
• Basic HTML/CSS skills
• Social media management and content creation experience
• Strong written English and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
• Willingness to work afternoon shift, Monday to Friday, 3 pm - 11 pm

Nice to have

• Salesforce Pardot / MCAE experience
• Canva and video editing skills
• B2B marketing experience
