Position Summary:

• Rise with us and lead your In Room Dining Service team and deliver room service to guests in keeping with the standards of the operating procedure guidelines

• Ensure the back of house area is adequately stocked and clean at all times 

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings

• Assist with stocking mini bar items in guest rooms

• Assist with serving food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests

• Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience

• Lead the In Room Dining team in general operational tasks, focusing on attention to detail

• Be an empowering leader by providing motivation and support to the team

About You:

• An up to date RSA

• Relevant experience in a similar role

• Working rights in Australia

• Enthusiastic to escalate your career

• Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast paced environment
