The Front Office Guest Service Attendant - Porter is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services to guests using property vehicles. This role supports an exceptional guest experience by ensuring timely transport, maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness, and delivering courteous, attentive service at all times. The Front Office Guest Service Attendant - Porter also assists with guest needs, follows all safety and operational procedures, and contributes to a clean, secure, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Transport guests to and from assigned destinations safely using property vehicles
  • Accurately document all trips before and after each journey
  • Inspect vehicles daily for cleanliness, damage, tire pressure, and fluid levels
  • Refuel vehicles as required and report maintenance needs promptly
  • Document and report all vehicle incidents, damages, or accidents
  • Follow all safety, security, and emergency procedures and complete required training
  • Provide warm, professional, and attentive guest service, including assistance to guests with disabilities
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues
  • Maintain a polished appearance in line with company standards
  • Relevant experience in a similar role  
  • Working rights in Fiji 
  • Hold a valid driver’s license
  • have a positive and professional attitude, and are comfortable working in a physically active role. 
  • communicate clearly, work well as part of a team, and follow procedures with attention to detail
