Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage a full caseload of workers’ compensation cases of varying degrees of complexity.
- →Create litigation plans.
- →Create budget plans, if necessary.
- →Conduct discovery.
- →Travel to court and other appearances.
- →Try cases while maintaining exceptional client interaction.
- →Compose motions, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents.
- →Prepare cases for trial.
- →Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties to effectively represent clients.
- →Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills.
- At least 5 years of experience in the defense of workers’ compensation cases.
