As a PIE PI1 Device Engineer at Micron, you will: * Develop and maintain audit check sheets for manufacturing processes. * Conduct detailed audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal guidelines. * Analyze data to determine areas for improvement and successfully implement solutions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. * Strictly adhere to safety and quality protocols to maintain world-class standards. * Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management. ## Qualifications We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience. * Proven experience in a similar engineering role, preferably within the semiconductor industry. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ambitious attitude with a passion for continuous improvement. * Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
