Hand on Experience in Managing & installation and ongoing support of automatic material handling systems, ASRS, Robots, COBOTS, and manufacturing automations. Managing & coordinating the development and deployment of AGV/AMR systems to streamline plant logistics. Ensures the effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel in producing quality products at minimum costs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to determine and implement world-class automation solutions. Ensuring all automation processes comply strictly with industry standards and safety regulations. Providing leadership and mentorship to the automation team, encouraging a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Develops systems to maintain reports and record keeping of company products. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Oversees the planning, development, implementation and maintaining and troubleshooting equipment to ensure minimal downtime and efficient performance. Requirements To succeed in this role, you should have: A Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics /Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience. 10 -15 years of proven experience in Engineering Projects, Plant automation, Maintenance preferably in the electronics component or automotive industry. Experience in deploying and maintaining AGV/AMR systems. Strong people management abilities, with a history of guiding and nurturing high-performing teams. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to successfully implement automation solutions. Strong communication and cooperation skills, with a proactive approach to project management.
