✓Maintain and support core health information systems, including EHRs, patient scheduling, and documentation tools.
✓Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to analyze system requirements and workflows.
✓Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
✓Support regulatory and compliance reporting by ensuring accurate data collection and integration across systems.
✓Assist in managing user access, permissions, and training for clinical systems.
✓Partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders on upgrades, maintenance, and testing.
✓Participate in projects focused on data quality, system enhancements, and workflow improvement.
✓Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
✓2+ years of experience in healthcare IT, ideally in home health or hospice settings.
✓Strong working knowledge of EHR systems such as Homecare Homebase, Epic, or MatrixCare.
✓Experience with SQL, data integration tools, or health IT interfaces preferred.
✓Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✓Familiarity with HIPAA, CMS regulations, and quality metrics in post-acute care settings.
