✓Manage daily marketing operations, sales calls and ongoing education with referral decision makers.

✓Facilitate education on guidelines and agency services provided.

✓Participate in community education events, including speaking to healthcare professionals and institutions to provide education on services offered by Mission Healthcare.

✓Coordinate with physician offices for necessary documentation, such as physician signature on orders, required addendums and other documents in a timely manner.

✓Develop and implement marketing plans, assist in establishing territory volume projections and monitor the allocation of resources according to budgetary limitations.

✓Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Mission Healthcare’s markets including major payor groups, key referral sources and competitor’s market positioning.

✓Build and maintain positive relationships with referral and payor sources.

✓Monitor and report on cost-effective marketing efforts.

✓Remain educated and up-to-date on industry and regulatory changes.

✓Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

✓Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare sales, preferably in home health.

✓Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.

✓Ability to assertively market and deal tactfully with patients, their families and the community.

✓Demonstrate autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.

✓Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.

✓Home health industry knowledge and expertise.

✓Prospecting, lead generation, and customer engagement.
