Warehouse/Forklift Associate

Monumental Markets is looking for a full-time Warehouse Associate to support our growing operations. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our warehouse running smoothly-restocking, organizing, and moving products to ensure our team can fulfill orders efficiently and accurately. What You'll Do:

• Sort palletized products and restack for efficient order picking
• Restock pick lines using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method
• Transport goods throughout the facility via warehouse machinery
• Store overstock items in designated locations
• Assist picking zones by selecting and staging orders
• Clear cardboard and waste from the production area
• Work in extreme conditions, including freezer environments (-18°C / 0°F)
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace using the 5S and "Clean as You Go" principles

Your Qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of warehouse or grocery experience
• 1+ year reach-in lift experience
• Forklift and heavy machinery certification (Forklift Required)
• Completion of forklift driving course (preferred)
• Ability to lift, carry, and handle up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
• Ability to locate and move product accurately and efficiently
• Effective communication skills with both supervisors, team members, and vendors
• Basic math skills and the ability to understand shipping/packaging documents
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management skills and a sense of urgency
