Neros is a defense technology company rebuilding America’s drone industrial base. We design and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are tested in combat, iterated at startup speed, and built at massive scale. Our team culture is fast, hands-on, and obsessed with closing the gap between design and deployment.

As drones transform the character of warfare, Neros is delivering the systems the West needs to compete on the modern battlefield and deter the adversaries of democracy. We’re hiring engineers, operators, and builders who want to move fast, take on extreme ownership, and get capability into the hands of warfighters in months, not years.

Neros is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Planning & Systems to lead the planning processes, team structure, and systems roadmap that support our next stage of production scale. This role will own demand and material planning accuracy, drive ERP/MRP and planning tool improvements, and create the operating cadence needed to support growing SKU count and high-volume production targets.

  • Lead the Supply Chain Planning & Systems team, including material planning, demand planning, and supply chain systems
  • Own the demand/supply planning cadence and ensure forecast, material, inventory, and production assumptions are translated into executable plans
  • Drive S&OP/S&OE process ownership for Supply Chain, including cross-functional inputs, constraint reviews, planning actions, and follow-through
  • Improve forecast accuracy, planning discipline, and inventory health through metrics, root-cause analysis, and process improvements
  • Define and execute the planning systems/tools roadmap across ERP/MRP, planning workflows, reporting, and data quality
  • Reduce business risk from planning misses, including expedite fees, premium freight, shortages, and excess or obsolete material
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, material planning, demand planning, S&OP, supply chain systems, or related operations roles
  • 2+ years of people management or direct team leadership experience, preferably leading planners, analysts, project managers, or supply chain systems/process owners
  • Demonstrated ownership of demand planning, supply planning, material planning, or S&OP/NSOP cadence in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong ERP/MRP knowledge, including planning parameters, BOMs, lead times, purchase signals, inventory policy, master data quality, and planning exception management
  • Experience improving forecast accuracy, inventory health, production readiness, and cross-functional planning discipline through metrics and structured operating reviews
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Production, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, and leadership to align plans and resolve constraints
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use planning data, inventory data, and operational metrics to identify root causes and drive process changes
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to translate ambiguous business requirements into process, systems, and team priorities
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-scaling environment where process ownership, systems maturity, and production targets are evolving quickly
