We’re looking for a strong Assistant General Manager who leads with energy, accountability, and a genuine passion for people. As the Assistant General Manager, you’ll partner with the General Manager to help lead the restaurant’s daily operations, support the team, and drive a culture rooted in hospitality, teamwork, and consistency. You’ll be instrumental in creating an environment where both guests and team members have a great experience.

• Help recruit, train, coach, and develop a strong restaurant team
• Foster a positive, respectful, and performance-driven work environment

• Assist in overseeing front- and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth daily execution
• Help maintain high standards in service, food quality, cleanliness, and overall guest experience
• Monitor shift performance and provide real-time coaching and support
• Ensure the restaurant is operating efficiently during all service periods

• Help deliver a welcoming, consistent, and memorable guest experience
• Address guest concerns professionally and with urgency
• Support and reinforce service standards that align with a hospitality-driven culture
• Be visible on the floor and actively engaged with both guests and team members

• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and daily operational planning
• Help control costs through smart decision-making, waste reduction, and attention to detail
• Support inventory practices, ordering, and overall restaurant efficiency
• Partner with leadership to help drive sales, profitability, and operational consistency

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for both guests and staff
• Support accurate documentation, shift communication, and operational follow-through
• Help uphold standards with consistency and professionalism

• 2–4+ years of leadership experience in a full-service casual dining restaurant
• Experience as an Assistant General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar hospitality leadership role
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and team development
• Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and guest-focused
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
