Restaurant General Manager

• →Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• →Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff to deliver excellent service
• →Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• →Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize profitability

• Associate degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in restaurant general management or a similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
