Restaurant General Manager - Growing Specialty Coffee Group

This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in our restaurant operations, driving excellence in customer service and team performance.

As the Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that our coffee offerings meet the highest standards of quality and service. Your leadership will directly contribute to creating an inviting atmosphere that enhances the customer experience and fosters team collaboration. We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 annually, along with opportunities for personal and professional growth in a vibrant industry.

• →Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service
• →Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service
• →Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels of coffee and supplies
• →Implement strategies to enhance sales and profitability
• →Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role
• Management of a Drive Thru operation is required
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Understanding of financial management and reporting
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
