NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead our financial strategies and initiatives at our growing restaurant group in Los Angeles. This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to drive financial performance while shaping the fiscal health of our dynamic organization.

As the Vice President of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our financial operations, guiding strategic decision-making, and ensuring the overall financial stability of our restaurant group. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership to achieve our growth objectives and maximize profitability in the competitive restaurant industry. We offer an attractive salary range of $200,000 - $250,000 annually, alongside a supportive and engaging work environment.

• →Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support business goals
• →Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• →Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and present insights to the executive team
• →Manage cash flow and financial risk, ensuring sustainability and liquidity
• →Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance
• →Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in the restaurant industry
• →Collaborate with department heads to evaluate operational performance and identify improvement opportunities
• →Drive investment analysis and capital allocation for new projects and restaurant openings

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of financial leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing teams
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across the organization
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, alongside advanced Excel skills
