The Principal, Anthropic is responsible for owning and growing Nimble Gravity's relationship with Anthropic end to end. This is a hybrid role: part partner manager, part seller. The right candidate spends roughly half of their time deepening our existing Anthropic field relationships and expanding into new ones, and the other half converting those relationships into discovery, proposals, and signed engagements at our clients and prospects. You are the single point of accountability for everything Anthropic at Nimble Gravity.

Anthropic sits at the center of our AI strategy. We are a launch partner for Claude on Azure Foundry (GA November 2025), we have 20 plus Claude certified architects, and we hold MSAs with 20 plus financial services accounts where Claude engagements can be landed and expanded. Almost no firm has earned credibility across Microsoft, Databricks, and Anthropic at the FSI enterprise level. We have. The Principal, Anthropic is the seat that compounds that advantage. 

 

The Opportunity 

Anthropic is moving fast. Claude is now generally available on Azure Foundry, the partner program is maturing, and Anthropic is hunting for services partners who can deliver in regulated industries. We already have established relationships with the Anthropic Partner Manager covering our account and with several Anthropic field sellers. The opportunity is to take what is currently a working relationship and turn it into a programmatic, repeatable, two-way revenue motion.  

The Principal, Anthropic owns that opportunity. The role exists to maximize every dimension of our Anthropic go to market: partner relationships, joint pursuits, services revenue, Claude consumption influenced, and the codified motion that lets us scale this beyond a single seller. 

 

Anthropic Partner and Field Relationship Management 

You are the face of Nimble Gravity to Anthropic. You own the cadence, the joint planning, and the day to day interface with our existing Anthropic Partner Manager and the Anthropic field sellers we already work with. You also expand that footprint, mapping the broader Anthropic field organization (account executives, partner managers, solutions architects, industry leads) and building new relationships where coverage is thin. You know who is selling what, where they are quota constrained, where their accounts need a services partner, and where Nimble Gravity is the right fit. 

Joint Pursuit and Co Sell Execution 

You convert relationships into pipeline. Every Anthropic field seller meeting should produce a near certain opportunity, and you are accountable for that conversion. You run joint account planning, position Nimble Gravity into Anthropic deal cycles, and bring Anthropic into ours. You drive partner sourced introductions through discovery, proposal, and close, working hand in glove with our delivery and pre sales teams to turn warm leads into signed SOWs. 

Anthropic Programmatic Motion 

You build the system behind the relationship. That means working with our RevOps function to map the full Anthropic field organization in HubSpot, track relationship health and recency across every contact, surface the right outreach to the right Nimble Gravity person at the right moment, and codify the playbook so that this motion is repeatable and not dependent on any one person's rolodex. You make our Anthropic motion legible to Anthropic, internally to Nimble Gravity, and externally to clients. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Own the Anthropic relationship end to end. Serve as the single point of contact between Nimble Gravity and Anthropic. Maintain a high frequency cadence with our existing Anthropic Partner Manager and field sellers. Surface issues early, manage joint expectations, and make sure both sides keep moving toward shared milestones.
  • Expand our Anthropic field footprint. Identify and build relationships with additional Anthropic account executives, partner managers, solutions architects, and industry leads beyond our current set. Build the org map. Close the coverage gaps.
  • Drive net new customer acquisition through the Anthropic channel. Generate, qualify, and close opportunities sourced through Anthropic. You will be measured on KPIs including net new Claude engagements landed, partner sourced revenue, Claude consumption influenced at our clients, and shortened sales cycles.
  • Run joint account planning with Anthropic. Work with our Anthropic Partner Manager and field sellers to build account plans that prioritize where Nimble Gravity adds the most value and where Anthropic needs a services partner most. Translate plans into specific outreach and pursuits.
  • Leverage our existing MSAs and account knowledge. Use our MSA portfolio as the warm landing surface for Anthropic introductions and pursuits. Match Anthropic seller priorities against accounts where we already have footprint and credibility.
  • Position the Anthropic offer portfolio. Carry our "All Things Claude" path and our production AI systems offers into client conversations. Adapt the offers to specific client situations and to what Anthropic field sellers need to bring to their accounts.
  • Build the Anthropic playbook. Codify how Nimble Gravity and Anthropic work together: the joint pursuit motion, the messaging, the proof points, the deal registration process, and the partner program mechanics. Write it down so it scales beyond you.
  • Capture and codify learnings. Build reusable case studies, vision videos, ROI calculators, and reference architectures from every Claude engagement. Feed those back into the next pursuit so each cycle compounds.
  • Cross functional collaboration. Partner with the office of the CTO, delivery, pre sales, product, RevOps, and leadership to align on Anthropic strategy. Coordinate cleanly with our Microsoft and Databricks partner motions, since most opportunities involve all three platforms. Ensure smooth handoffs from sale to delivery.
  • Market intelligence and positioning. Stay ahead of Anthropic product and program changes (model releases, partner program tiers, agentic platform direction, Claude Code, vertical plays). Brief internal teams. Adjust our positioning fast when Anthropic moves.
  • Pipeline development and forecasting. Own the Anthropic pipeline in HubSpot. Maintain accurate forecasts. Use partner relationship signals as a leading indicator and adjust pursuit strategy accordingly.
  • Represent Nimble Gravity in the Anthropic ecosystem. Show up at Anthropic partner events, briefings, and joint customer engagements. Be a credible, technical, business literate face of Nimble Gravity that Anthropic field sellers want to bring into their accounts. 

 

Qualifications and Experience 

  • 5 plus years of relevant experience, ideally combining technology partner management with consultative sales of services into enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated success as a partner manager, alliances lead, or co sell focused seller with a major AI, cloud, or data platform vendor (Anthropic, OpenAI, Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, Google, Snowflake, or similar). Direct Anthropic experience is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of building and managing field seller relationships at a platform vendor, converting those relationships into sourced pipeline, and closing complex services engagements on the back of them.
  • Working knowledge of the enterprise AI landscape with an operator's bias. You can speak credibly about Claude, agentic systems, retrieval, evaluation, governance, and where AI delivers measurable ROI in production. 
  • Experience selling or co selling consulting and professional services into enterprise clients. You can generate your own leads, build your own proposals, and close complex deals.
  • Understanding of how AI platform vendor partner programs work: deal registration, partner tiers, co sell mechanics, joint marketing, partner sourced versus partner attached deals.
  • Strong program and project management skills. You can run a partner motion as a system, not as a series of one off conversations.
  • Experience defining best in class sales support processes and being hands on to achieve customer growth.
  • Demonstrated experience navigating and leading others in an entrepreneurial environment to achieve high performance.
  • Experience building executive level communications and presentations, including vision led proposals.
  • Fluent English required; Spanish proficiency a plus.
  • Experience with revenue operations tools and systems; HubSpot preferred.
  • Self starter who thrives in a fast paced environment focused on customer growth.
  • Proven sales experience required. You have carried a number and hit it.
  • Ability to work in the US and travel as needed; willing to spend meaningful time on site with Anthropic and with clients.
