Responsibilities

→Provide hands-on care for the children, ensuring their safety and engagement
→Plan and lead age-appropriate activities, both indoors and outdoors
→Partner with parents to create a smooth and supportive weekend routine
→Assist with light housekeeping related to the children (cleaning up after meals, organizing toys, general tidying)
→Occasionally assist with errands or household tasks as needed

Requirements

Minimum of 3–5 years of professional nanny or childcare experience
Comfortable working in a home where parents are present
Thoughtful, organized, proactive, and confident managing multiple children
Reliable, communicative, and able to take initiative
Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required
Preference for candidates who live locally; must be punctual
Must have U.S. work authorization
Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references
