We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). Primary Responsibilities: * Partner with product managers to define and deliver on key business and product development strategies * Coach and support scrum master's and team members in use of agile software development best practices * Communicate project status to stakeholders, Report on jeopardies, concerns and items for discussion during weekly project status update meeting * Plan and facilitate agile software development meetings, including sprint planning, kickoff, demo and retrospective * Identify and manage project risks, communicate with stakeholders, develop and execute risk mitigation plans * Leverage AI to improve communication, project organization, and project reporting * sprint performance data and produce/analyze sprint metrics * Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. * Experience project managing / leading custom software development efforts * Experience motivating and leading multi-functional teams in the delivery of complex solutions * Experience working with both onshore and offshore agile software development teams * Experience and proficiency using project management software such as Rally or JIRA * Understanding of infrastructure, network, and technology terminology and concepts * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word * Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills * Must be a "driver" with a result-driven mindset About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
