Responsibilities

→Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field. 
→4+ years of professional experience in architecture, engineering, urban planning, construction management, or related fields. 
→Demonstrated project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. 
→Analytical thinker with a proven ability to anticipate and troubleshoot  project challenges and develop recommended solutions. 
→Experience with NYC project delivery and grocery store design/construction preferred.
→Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
→Clear and effective written and verbal communicator.
→Knowledge of budgeting and cost analysis for design and construction projects.
→Experience with construction management software and scheduling software preferred. 
→Actively pursuing professional registration (PE, RA, AICP, PMP, etc.) preferred. 
→Valid driver’s license preferred. 
→NYC residency is required within 180 days of hire.

Salary Range

$100,000—$103,000 USD
