Director, Product Management Cloud Infrastructure

• →Develop and execute a comprehensive cloud infrastructure product strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and objectives, as well as broader industry trends and market context
• →Own Okta’s compliance service offerings, including international and US public sector and our US Federal business
• →Oversee Okta’ Data Platform and help navigate its strategic role in providing analytics, frameworks for reporting, machine learning, messaging, and more to both internal and external customers. 
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure the successful launch and adoption of infrastructure products and services
• →Develop pricing strategies and models for infrastructure products and services
• →Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and customer needs, and use this information to inform innovation, product decisions and prioritization
• →Built and lead a high-performing product management team, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to ensure their success
• →Define and monitor metrics for cloud infrastructure products and services, including availability, performance, and utilization, and use the data to drive continuous improvement
• →Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud infrastructure to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive differentiation.

• 10+ years of experience in technology product management, preferably with a focus on platform product development or cloud infrastructure products and services.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and platforms, including AWS, GCP, etc.
• You can produce solid action plans from often incomplete, conflicting or ambiguous inputs
• Track record of owning and delivering on large strategic projects - you can see the big picture, but deliver on the details
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products on time and on budget.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• 5+ years of people management experience with a strong track record of leading teams and operating effectively as player-coach
• Passion for Okta’s huge opportunity and growth potential, and general thirst for learning with an ability to go broad and deep across business and technical contexts.

• Experience in delivering cloud SaaS to US Federal business
• Experience in owning internal and external large scale data systems
• Experience in consulting, venture capital, or business strategy and/or MBA
• Advanced degree in technical or business field
