The Maintenance Technician is focused on maintaining and repairing a wide range of production equipment - including CNCs, presses, motors, welding tools, and more - while ensuring timely response to facility work requests and strict adherence to safety protocols and reports to the Maintenance Manager.

This role is perfect for an individual who is safety-conscious, technically skilled, and organized.  A vital member of the Maintenance Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

• →Maintain and repair production equipment including - but not limited to - CNCs, presses, saws, motors, pumps, welding tools across the facility.
• →Perform general facility maintenance and respond to work requests in a timely manner.
• →Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using prints, schematics, and test equipment.
• →Support internal customers by ensuring equipment uptime and reliability through proactive maintenance.
• →Work flexible shifts, including weekends as needed, while adhering to OBE’s safety policies and PPE requirements.

• Hands-on experience in industrial maintenance. 
  • Technical Diploma / Certification is a plus.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with experience in CNC, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • PLC experience is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical prints; basic computer and organizational skills required.
• Welding and pipe fitting experience preferred; forklift and scissor lift operation experience desired.
• Knowledge of chemical waste removal codes and commitment to safety protocols and PPE compliance.
