We're looking for a high-performing Partner Development Manager to help scale our global ecosystem of marketing agencies.

This role will focus on identifying, recruiting, and onboarding top-tier agencies into the Omnisend Partner Program. You will play a critical role in expanding our partner ecosystem and driving new merchant acquisition through agency relationships.
Also this role is an individual contributor position with a clear path to team leadership as the agency recruitment function scales. 
 
You’ll work closely with our partnerships, marketing, and sales teams to build a strong pipeline of agency partners and help them successfully adopt Omnisend.
  • Identify and prospect marketing agencies globally;

  • Build relationships with agency founders, marketing leaders, and consultants;

  • Champion the Omnisend Partner Program with prospective agencies;

  • Convert qualified agencies into program partners.

  • Maintain partner pipeline and outreach activity in HubSpot;

  • Track agency recruitment metrics and report on progress;

  • Continuously refine partner qualification criteria;

  • Communicate internally to all stakeholders.

  • Guide new agencies through the Omnisend partner onboarding process;

  • Introduce partners to enablement resources and tools;

  • Coordinate handoff to to Agency Onboarding or Partner Engagement Manager.

  • Strong AI literacy and a proactive approach to using AI tools to improve productivity and outcomes
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in ecommerce business development, sales, partner management or a similar role within the SaaS or digital marketing industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, particularly eCommerce, email marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Relationship-Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make fast data-driven decisions.
  • Clear history and ability for creating pipeline and outbound prospecting.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and international team environment.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment with changing priorities.
  • Willingness to travel often to meet prospective agencies in person.
  • Non-negotiable attributes: Growth mindset, rapid learning ability, high agency, team-oriented mindset, and a consistent focus on outcomes over outputs.
  • Bonus: Previous experience in and/or knowledge of Email and SMS Marketing automation.
