We are looking for

at one of our locations in EMEA region - Germany (Pfullingen)

The primary focus of the role is to shape and orchestrate the Target Operating Model of a global organization, ensuring alignment between strategy, processes, systems, and structure. You will act as the architect and integrator, bringing together different organizational elements to create a cohesive, efficient, and scalable way of working.

• Development, documentation and harmonization of our end-to-end process landscape, with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration, interface analysis, complexity reduction, and the identification of structural bottlenecks.

• Target Operating Model, with a particular focus on the orchestration of role models, governance structures, process design, and clarification of organizational responsibilities.

• Analysis of operational improvement opportunities, including the execution of process reviews, efficiency analyses, and quick-win initiatives.

• Development of guidelines, templates, and standards to ensure consistent and transparent application of process-related topics.
