  • 8+ years in financial management, with at least 3 years in a senior finance leadership role (Deputy CFO, Head of Treasury, Head of Finance, etc.).

  • Organisation and Team Leadership - managing a lean team of 5+ people.

  • Deep hands-on experience in treasury and liquidity management, especially with multiple currencies and cross-border payments.

  • Strong background in fintech, PSP/EMI, banking, or international payment groups.

  • Practical experience with crypto-fiat transactions.

    Character Traits:

  • Experience with DeFi instruments, tokenised assets, or API banking integrations.

  • Experience in EMI/PSP licensing processes and regulatory engagement.

  • Experience with ERP implementations and finance automations.

  • Experience working with LATAM or Africa payment corridors is a strong plus.
