Regional Manager

Optima Medical is an Arizona-based medical group consisting of 30 locations and over 130+ medical providers, who care for more than 200,000 patients statewide. • Oversee daily operations across multiple clinics within the assigned region to ensure consistency, efficiency, and adherence to company standards
• Float between clinics as needed to support operations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain workflow continuity
• Serve as the primary point of contact for office managers, providing regular check‑ins, guidance, and support
• Assist office managers with employee performance management and disciplinary actions for support staff, in partnership with HR
• Monitor staffing levels across clinics and communicate allocation needs to Recruiting to ensure appropriate coverage
• Partner with Recruiting on staffing plans, pipeline needs, and onboarding timelines
• Support provider go‑live dates by ensuring clinics are operationally prepared from a staffing and workflow standpoint
• Work within eClinicalWorks (eCW) to support clinic workflows, operational consistency, and staff adoption
• Serve as an escalation point for patient concerns and assist with resolution as needed
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements across clinics
• Ensure clinics are prepared for audits, new initiatives, and organizational changes
• Coordinate and oversee clinic productivity while proactively addressing operational gaps to support achievement of benchmark goals.

• Experience managing multiple locations or teams in a healthcare setting
• Strong understanding of front‑ and back‑office clinic operations
• Hands‑on experience working within an EHR/EMR system, preferably eClinicalWorks (eCW)
• Proven experience supporting and coaching office managers
• Comfortable partnering with HR on employee relations matters
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to travel between clinics within the assigned region
