· Ensure data accuracy and track key performance indicators (e.g., contribution margin, LTV/CAC, efficiency) across geographies, segments, products, and deal types

· Deliver quarterly analysis and executive level reporting, including variance to plan, highlighting key issues, risks, and business drivers

· Lead the full sales compensation cycle, including analysis, reporting, administration, and partnership with Sales leadership on plan design

· Own quota setting and capacity planning across all regions and segments

· Build, develop, and lead a high performing team, fostering a culture of operational excellence, analytical rigor, and continuous improvement

· 5+ years supporting GTM teams in a Finance role, preferably in a SaaS business

· Previous people management experience highly desired

· Extensive experience building digestible, auditable subscription revenue models in a SaaS environment

· Proven track record of developing and leading high performing teams

· Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate key drivers in Excel and PowerPoint
